IndSutra celebrates the legacy of Indian textiles and craftsmanship. We offer high-quality garments made with natural fabrics like cotton and silk. We are committed to sustainability and ethical practices.

  1. Order Processing and Dispatch
  • Allow 7 business days for order processing and dispatch (excluding pre-orders).
  • Pre-order processing timelines will be specified in your confirmation email.
  • Domestic shipping within India is free and takes approximately 7 business days.
  • International shipping rates and timelines vary by location. You will see these charges during checkout. International shipping typically takes 10-12 business days after processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or VAT upon delivery.
  • We are not liable for delays or issues with shipments once they leave our facility.
  • Track your order with the provided tracking information after dispatch.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to limited quantities, inaccuracies, or fraud concerns.
  1. Order Cancellation
  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at indsutra@gmail.com.
  • We may cancel orders at our discretion for reasons mentioned above.
  • You will receive a full refund for canceled orders.
  1. Out of Delivery Zone (ODZ)
  • We use a third-party courier service covering most Indian pin codes.
  • We will notify you within 3 business days if your delivery area is an ODZ.
  • You can then choose to cancel the order or provide an alternative address.
  1. Mailing Hours
  • Orders are processed and packed during operational hours: Monday-Friday, 10:30 am – 6:30 pm (excluding Public Holidays).
  1. Exchange and Return Policy (Domestic Orders Only)

IndSutra’s Commitment:

Our handcrafted garments may have slight variations due to traditional weaving techniques. These are not considered defects. However, we offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for any reason within the specified timeframe.

Conditions for Exchange or Return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with both barcode and MRP tags intact.
  • IndSutra reserves the right to determine if an item appears used or damaged.

Reverse Pick-Up Policy:

  • We offer a free reverse pick-up service within India for domestic orders.
  • Include your order number in the return request subject line.
  • Pack the items securely for return.
  • Our courier partner will collect the items within 5 business days.
  • Inform us within 24 hours if you face any issues during pick-up.
  • Upon receiving the returned items, your exchange or refund will be processed.
  • Exchanges will be dispatched within 3-5 business days of receiving the original shipment.
  • Reverse pick-up may not be available in all pin codes. Customers in such areas are responsible for returning the items.
  • We are not liable for lost packages shipped by the customer.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for credit/debit card, net banking, or payment gateway transactions will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Banks typically take 4-5 business days to process refunds.
  • Self-shipped lost packages will not be refunded.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. In case of disagreement, courts in Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
