Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Dispatch:
After placing an order, a processing time of 7 business days (weekdays) is required for us to prepare and dispatch your order. If you’ve preordered an item, please be aware that order processing will commence based on the online declaration date, and timelines may be extended. Specific timelines for Preordered collections can be found in your order confirmation email.
Domestic Shipping:
We offer free domestic shipping within India. Once your order is dispatched, you can expect domestic shipping to take approximately 7 business days. If there are any delays in production, we’ll promptly inform you. Our choice of shipping partners is based on their track record of providing prompt and reliable services. However, occasional delivery delays may occur, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused, requesting your patience.
For International Customers:
We do ship our products worldwide, but it’s important to note that shipping timelines and rates will vary depending on your location. There is an additional shipping fee associated with international shipping, and you’ll see these rates during the checkout process. Typically, international shipping takes 10-12 business days after processing and dispatch.
Please keep in mind that any additional taxes, customs duties, or VAT applicable are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping fee. We advise you to contact your local customs office to understand the current customs charges before placing your order to avoid surprises upon delivery. If you’re unable to pay these charges upon accepting your package, please be aware that the order will not be canceled or refunded.
We cannot be held liable for delays or issues with shipments once they’ve left our headquarters. Any delays or lost packages should be addressed directly with the courier company.
Order Tracking
You can track your package at any time. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information, including the tracking number and the courier company handling your order. If you don’t receive this email within 4 days of placing your order, please contact us at info@indsutra.com.
Order Cancellation:
Please note that there may be certain orders we are unable to accept or fulfill, and we reserve the right to cancel them at our discretion. Reasons for order cancellation may include limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or concerns raised by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also request additional verification or information before accepting an order. If we cancel your order after your payment method has been charged, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your original account.
Out of Delivery Zone (ODZ):
We utilize a third-party service to ship our orders, which covers almost all PIN Codes nationwide. However, for areas designated as Out of Delivery Zone (ODZ), we will notify you within 3 working days. You’ll then have the option to cancel the order and receive a refund or provide an alternative delivery address outside an ODZ.
Mailing Hours:
Please be aware that your orders are processed and packed only during our operational hours. Our mailing team operates from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
