A significant portion of our product range is the result of the meticulous craftsmanship and traditional loom-based techniques employed by skilled artisans in rural India. This uniqueness results in each product having its own distinct character, with subtle variations setting them apart. It is essential to recognize that the occasional irregular weave, print, or stitch should not be viewed as a defect. Handcrafted items are inherently distinct from machine-made products and do not adhere to the same uniformity.

Despite these inherent variations, we maintain a steadfast commitment to the quality of our products and offer the flexibility of exchanges, returns, or refunds if you find any reason to be dissatisfied with your purchase.

Please be aware that the following policies for exchange, returns, and refunds are applicable exclusively to Domestic Orders. Regrettably, international orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Addressing Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items:

If you happen to receive an item that is damaged, missing, or exhibits any manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date. To expedite the process, kindly provide us with an uncut video of the product received via WhatsApp at +91 9667733082 or through an email to info@indsutra.com.

Conditions for Exchange or Return:

In order to facilitate the exchange or return process, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

The item(s) must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, and should be returned in a saleable condition with both barcode and MRP tags intact.

Indsutra reserves the right to determine whether an item appears to have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged post-purchase.

Our Reverse Pick-Up Policy:

We take pride in offering a simple and hassle-free Reverse Pick-up policy to our valued customers. Our commitment to your satisfaction extends beyond the point of sale, encompassing the stages of returns and refunds. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to streamline the process, save time, and instill confidence in your order.

Here’s what you need to know about our Reverse Pick-Up policy:

When requesting returns or exchanges, please include your order number in the subject line to expedite processing.

Ensure that all returned item(s) are securely and safely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Our logistics partner will collect the item(s) for reverse pick-up within 5 business days from the date of your request. If any issues arise during the reverse pick-up process, please promptly inform our Customer Support via phone or email within 24-48 hours of the return request. Failure to report the issue within this timeframe may hinder our ability to address it.

Upon receiving the item(s), your request for a refund or exchange will be processed.

In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days following the receipt of the earlier shipment.

For some pin codes, reverse pick-up may not be feasible. In such instances, it will be the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) to us using the same shipping address as indicated on the original invoice.

Please be aware that if a customer has self-shipped the item(s and the package is lost in transit, no refund will be applicable.

We do not offer reverse pick-up services outside of India.

Requesting Refunds:

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking or PayPal Transactions:

If you made your purchase using a credit card, debit card, net banking, or PayPal, the refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment.

Typically, banks take 4-5 business days to process refunds once they have been successfully initiated from our end.
Refunds will not be applicable if the customer has self-shipped the item(s and the package is lost in transit.
